Power Hours require full payment upon booking. All other projects require a 50% deposit upon booking, and the 50% remaining to be paid upon website completion.

All deposits are non-refundable as it is your guarantee of a specific space on my calendar. Projects can be booked weeks, even months in advance - so backing out leaves an empty space which could have been given to another client. Deposits ensure that you are serious about working together.

You must have all website content (images and text) ready before the project start date. If the content is not ready, I cannot design your website and the project will need to be rescheduled.

Power Hours can be rescheduled providing you submit a request at least 6 hours in advance. All other projects are subject to a rescheduling fee of $100.

I take many steps to ensure you will be thrilled with your new website. We also have plenty of time for feedback and revisions during the project. However, if you're not completely happy, I can continue these revisions at my hourly rate.

Website maintenance and edits can be completed on an hourly basis and booked in as a Power Hour.
